Hey louis HUI,

I can totally understand the importance of needing your Photoshop CC application running as expected. If this app started crashing soon after you updated to 10.11.6, you should check to see if the PhotoShop CC app has any available updates as well. After checking this and the issue is persistent, try booting up into safe mode. OS X El Capitan: Start up in safe mode

What is safe mode?

Safe mode (sometimes called safe boot) is a way to start up your Mac so that it performs certain checks, and prevents some software from automatically loading or opening. Starting your Mac in safe mode does the following:
Verifies your startup disk, and attempts to repair directory issues if needed.
Loads only required kernel extensions.
Prevents startup Items and login items from opening automatically.
Disables user-installed fonts.
Deletes font caches, kernel cache and other system cache files.
Together, these changes can help resolve or isolate issues related to your startup disk.

If your Photoshop CC app does not crash while you are in safe mode, you may want to check your login or startup items and remove them while in safe mode, then restart your Mac normally and test the App. OS X El Capitan: If you think you have incompatible login items

These steps should have your Photoshop app running as smooth as it did before you updated your OS X, if not, the last resolution would be to uninstall, then reinstall your Photoshop CC app. Please be sure that you have any necessary serials or activation codes/keys to apply to the App when reinstalled.
